PBR RidePass on Pluto TV FAQ
By: Kacie Albert Tuesday, July 27, 2021 @ 8:52 AM
With the shift of RidePass to PlutoTV, LIVE streams from PBR events and on-demand content will at this time not be accessible to fans located in Australia. We are working to provide a solution to give fans outside the U.S. the access they’ve come to expect with RidePass now that the service has a new home. Fans with a RidePass subscription will be contacted regarding a refund. Australian fans can continue to catch the PBR Australia Monster Energy Tour live on the NEDS or Ladbrokes App. For the complete schedule of programming, visit PBRAustralia.com.au.

If I’m a current RidePass subscriber, what should I do and what will happen with my subscription?
MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS: If you’re a current Monthly Subscriber, RidePass will process your last monthly payment no later than 30 Days prior to the launch of the new PBR RidePass on PlutoTV. This will ensure that your current membership stays active until the transition to PlutoTV, so you can continue watching all the RidePass live and on-demand programming on the current RidePass product.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIBERS: If you’re a current Annual Subscriber, a refund will be available to you for the pro-rated portion of your remaining subscription as of the date of the new PBR RidePass on PlutoTV launch. This will ensure that your current membership stays active until the transition to PlutoTV, so you can continue watching all the RidePass live and on-demand programming on the current RidePass product. Note that for Annual Subscribers, the pro-rated refund process will vary based on your original point of purchase (i.e., Apple App Store, Google Play/Android, PayPal, RidePass.com, or Roku) as the refund process differs per platform. Look for an email from RidePass Support that will explain your refund process based on your initial point of purchase.
If I’m a current RidePass subscriber, when will access to the current RidePass product expire?
Provided your existing Monthly or Annual Subscription is in good standing, you’ll have full access to the existing RidePass live event and on-demand content (based on your membership type) until the launch of the new PBR RidePass on PlutoTV. At that time your existing RidePass subscription will expire and you'll be able to continue watching RidePass live events and original programming free, on the new PBR RidePass on PlutoTV channel. As of the launch date of the new PBR RidePass on PlutoTV channel, existing Annual RidePass Subscribers will have access to a pro-rated refund for any remaining value on their membership. Monthly Subscribers will not have a membership renewal charged in the last 30 days of the existing RidePass product, therefore a pro-rated refund will not be necessary for Monthly Subscribers.
Will I get a refund for the remaining balance if I'm current RidePass subscriber?
Yes, if you're an Annual Subscriber you will receive an e-mail from RidePass Support with instructions on your pro-rated refund process, which will vary based on your initial point of purchase. You will receive these instructions before the launch of the new PBR RidePass on PlutoTV.
- For Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal subscribers, the pro-rated credit will be applied to the same payment method that was initially billed.
- For Apple or Roku subscribers, you must request a refund with either iTunes or Roku.
Monthly Subscribers will not receive a pro-rated refund, as they will not be charged a monthly membership renewal within the last 30 days of the existing RidePass product.
