Michelob Ultra Delivers Unforgettable PBR Australian Grand Finals Experience

 

In collaboration with PBR USA and PBR Australia, Michelob Ultra recently gave one lucky winner and their guest the chance to attend the PBR Australian Grand Finals in Queensland.

Rick and his partner Courtney were selected through a competition run by Michelob Ultra, marking their first-ever PBR event – and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience.

Throughout their Queensland and Townsville adventure, Rick and Courtney were treated to exceptional experiences, including luxurious accommodation at The Ville Casino in Townsville and front-row seats at the PBR Grand Finals.

"My favourite experience beyond the PBR events has to be visiting Billabong Sanctuary,” Rick shared. “Getting up close with the wildlife, meeting koalas, meerkats, and even feeding a crocodile – it was unforgettable.”

Located on 27 acres of tropical bushland and family-owned for over 40 years, Billabong Sanctuary is a Townsville gem. The sanctuary is renowned for its hands-on interactions, providing visitors with an immersive wildlife experience, and has earned a reputation as Australia’s best interactive wildlife experience, having won multiple awards for its dedication to conservation and engagement.

But it wasn’t just the land-based attractions that made their trip special. Their journey continued with a visit to Magnetic Island, where Neil from Magnetic Island Tours showed them the island's stunning natural beauty.

While Townsville and Queensland provided the perfect backdrop, it was the PBR Grand Finals that capped off their adventure. Rick and Courtney had front-row views of the thrilling rides and witnessed the historic crowning of PBRA 2024 PBR Rookie of the Year and Champion, Boston Leather. The adrenaline-packed finals left them with memories they’ll cherish forever.
